Principal Consultant
Eric J P Ng has been the Principal Consultant of
Chadway Management Service Pte Ltd since 1982. He is
responsible for providing operational management,
strategic planning and implementation and corporate
finance services to companies in various
manufacturing and service industries in Singapore
and the region to meet their corporate growth
objectives.
He also advise on corporate growth strategies,
corporate governance and compliance issues as well
as strategies to access capital markets in the
region. He is also an active capital market
intermediary matching capital and businesses in
meeting mutual needs. Mr Ng currently serves as an
Independent Director to listed companies chairing
Audit and Remuneration Committees. He is a member of
the Singapore Institute of Directors and the
Singapore Human Resource Institute besides being
active in various other social organizations. He
served as District Governor for Singapore of Lions
Clubs International from 2002 to 2003.
